The Bolla Weather Proof unit has been designed to perform in applications where the environment would punish any standard unit. With a NEMA 4X rating, the unit provides resistance against moisture, dust and corrosion.
The entire internal cavity of the unit is protected from moisture ingress by an extremely resilient gasket. The gasketing always holds its original form and has “memory retention” so that it effectively and consistently protects the Bolla WP from moisture.
Tamper resistant screws are standard to ensure the integrity of the battery unit.
The Bolla family includes battery units and remotes suitable for use in both indoor and wet locations.

The Bravado series of industrial grade 6 and 12 volt emergency lighting units are vandal resistant, durable and can be depended on in the case of an emergency. The gasketed die-cast aluminum housing and clear polycarbonate lens is suitable for areas that are wet, cold or that generate dust with IP66 and Nema 4X protection. The charging system offers superior performance and energy efficiency with solid state transfer. Performance optics allows up to 70 foot spacing on center.

The Bravado HZ series of hazardous 6 and 12 volt emergency lighting units are vandal resistant, durable and can be depended on in the case of an emergency. The gasketed die-cast aluminum housing and clear polycarbonate lens is suitable for areas that are wet or generate dust in a hazardous environment. The charging system offers superior performance and energy efficiency with solid state transfer. Performance optics allows up to 70 foot spacing on center.
The Bravado HZ series is approved for use in Class I Division 2, Groups ABCD, Class II Divisions 1 & 2, Groups EFG: T coded T4A, T3B, T3A, T2D, T2A, or T1.
NEMA 4X Unit

The NEMA Pluraluce® is fully gasketed for protection against moisture, dust and corrosion. At only 7” square, impressive performance has been arranged into a very small package.
Beghelli has taken optical design properties from its lighting division and applied them to emergency lighting to maximize the performance. Each unit is shipped with 3 custom designed optical lenses which are interchangeable for wall mount, ceiling mount symmetric and ceiling mount asymmetric distributions. By controlling the light output, we can provide up to 55’ spacing from a single unit.
The die-cast aluminum cover comes standard in a durable grey powder coat with optional painted or brushed finishes. Housing design acts as a large heat sink ensuring efficient thermal management and long operating life of the LEDs.
The Pluraluce® is configured with two-wire 120-347VAC 60 Hz input. Solid state microprocessor controlled circuitry also includes line latch, brownout protection, battery and charge circuit monitoring, LED failure detection and reverse polarity protection. Ni-MH batteries are standard.
The Pluraluce® is also available for indoor locations and in a remote version.
Hazardous Unit

The Pluraluce® Hazardous battery unit is rated for areas with explosive gas, dust or fibers present. This NEMA 4X unit also provides additional protection against moisture, dust and corrosion.
The high-performance optics provided with the Pluraluce® allow you to customize the light output to your specific application. The 3 lenses optimize the light for hallways and corridors, open areas or for wall mounting. By transforming the light, the Pluraluce® can provide up to 55′ of spacing on centre.
The hazardous unit is constructed of die-cast aluminum in a standard grey powder coat finish. Optional brushed or painted finishes are also available. The Pluraluce® HZ is fully gasketed to protect against outside elements.
Two pairs of 2.5W LEDs illuminate the Pluraluce®. They are designed so that if one pair fails to operate, the other two will remain illuminated.
The Pluraluce® is also available in a NEMA 4X rating or for indoor use and also as a remote.
6, 12 & 24V Hazardous Battery Unit

The Sicura series offers emergency lighting illumination that is designed to perform in hazardous environments.
Completely self-contained utilizing maintenance free batteries the Sicura series can be specified with one or two head fixtures.
The Sicura series can also be configured to support remote fixtures and exits, as specified.
The Sicura series must be specified by Class, Division and Group category as per the applicable Code(s) and Standard(s).

The Tempesta™ LED series emergency unit has been designed to be efficient, architecturally pleasing and easy to install.
The high output lens and reflector allow for greater fixture to fixture spacing.
The Tempesta™ LED is available as an emergency battery unit (EM), normally-on (AC) or with combined AC and EM functions.
Remote only version is available with 12-24VDC input.
PAR36 Aluminum Emergency Remote

The AR series of spun aluminum remotes are supplied in an attractive brushed aluminum finish with a black thermoplastic canopy. Custom colors available, please specify.
The AR series is ideal for industrial environments and installations where the fixture will be exposed to constant excessive temperatures, UV exposure or high wattage lamps are required.
MR16 Surface Emergency Remote

The BTMR series is an all metal emergency lighting remote that features a powerful MR16 halogen or LED lamp up to 50W. The advanced rotary collar design locks the lamp and internal fixture parts into place while allowing for simple lamp replacement rotary collar system. PAR36 Large Style Emergency Remote

The LR series of remotes are constructed of high impact thermoplastic and feature an innovative rotary locking collar design that securely locks the lens and reflector assembly into place. The locking collar allows maintenance personnel to quickly and easily complete relamping. A mechanically adjustable swivel locks the head in position once adjusted. The matching canopy fits all standard electrical junction boxes. The LR is supplied standard in a white color, black color is optional.

The Pluraluce® square recessed remote has a modern and clean design to match with any décor. With just a 9 ¼” trim, this small housing provides a lot of illumination.
Each Pluraluce® square recessed remote is comes with 3 unique optical lenses for a choice of asymmetric or symmetric patterns. Asymmetrical ceiling distribution is designed for use in hallways and corridors with a spacing of up to 55’ on center. Symmetrical ceiling distribution provides spacing of up to 28’ from center and is suitable for open areas. Asymmetrical wall distribution has spacing of up to 33’ from center with a 6’ wide path of egress.
The steel trim comes standard in a white powder coat with optional custom colors. The Pluraluce® is illuminated with 4 2.5W LEDs that deliver 826 lm – 845 lm. The LEDs are rated for >50,000 hours at L80.

The Pluraluce® surface mounted remote has a clean and simple design to blend in with any décor. At under 7” square, this small housing provides a lot of light.

The cover is made of die-cast aluminum and comes standard in a white powder coat with optional painted or brushed finishes. To ensure the long life of the LEDs, we employ efficient thermal management in the design of the housing as a heat sink.

Ideal for any high ceiling environment or long tunnel, the Testa LED remote is the brightest emergency light we’ve ever made.
The Testa has an ingress protection and corrosion resistant rating of NEMA 4X. If the installation will be in a wet environment or will be hosed down, the Testa will guard against any moisture ingress. The Testa was designed for a challenging environment with a high-strength, die-cast aluminum head and impact resistant acrylic lens.
The Testa head comes in a round or square head, 12 – 24V with 30W of LEDs.
